Building Manager

We’re a Japanese Company with the business line is facility management, currently is looking for a

building manager. Level: Manager Job desk:

• Experience in handling building (Grade A)
• Familiar & understand fit out procedure & regulation and strictly implement regulation & SOP
• Supervise & coordinate day to day building operation (high risk building)
• Control, maintain, repair building system (mechanical & electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety & waste)
• Make sure all track facility services are completed as timeline and quality standards
• Maintain a safe, effective working
• Train subordinates about SOP, WI and safety rules (for the field of Engineering, Cleaning Service, Security, etc)
• Prepare monthly & yearly report
• Always coordinate and communicate with Operational Manager & other department for cross function related

Requirements:

• Male / Max. 35 – 45 years old
• D3 (Electrical / high voltage) and has min. 15 years working exp as building maintenance; or S1 (Electrical / high voltage) and has 10 years working exp as building maintenance
• Must be able to make SOP, WI, Form for all facilities jobs maintenance
• Has strong leadership, good communication skill & good understanding about government regulation related to the field
• Fair in English (written & oral), if any able to communicate in Japanese
• Able to read drawing
• Physical capable, available to work after office hour and/or on call
• Effective problem solving & communication
• Well organized & ability prioritize tasks
• Must be able to make weekly & monthly report activities
• Willing to work and place at sites (Jabodetabek)
• Able to join ASAP (if any)
